Welcome to ChokoGold. By using chokogoldofficial.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian's consent) to purchase.

Products, pricing & pre-orders

We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can happen; we may correct them and cancel affected orders with a refund. Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout. ChokoGold is currently sold by pre-order, with the first batch expected to ship July 2026. Shipping timing is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Subscriptions & automatic renewal

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize ChokoGold (through our payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis — at the price and delivery frequency you select (every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks) — until you cancel.

• Cancel, skip, or pause anytime from your account or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation stops future orders; it doesn't refund an order that has already been processed or shipped (see our Refund Policy).
• If a subscription price changes, we'll give you advance notice and a chance to cancel before the next charge.

Food product disclaimer

ChokoGold is a food made from raw honey and cacao. It is not a drug, supplement, or medical product. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. As with all raw honey, it should not be given to infants under 12 months. If you have allergies or a medical condition, check the label and consult your healthcare provider.

Intellectual property

The ChokoGold name, logo, content, and designs are owned by ChokoGold LLC and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, ChokoGold's total liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first — please email us.
