Straight talk on returns, pre-orders, and subscriptions. If something's wrong with your order, just email julian@chokogoldofficial.shop and we'll make it right.
If you're not happy with your ChokoGold, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement. No interrogation. Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we process them.
ChokoGold is sold by pre-order, shipping July 2026. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before it ships — just email us.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — no return shipping needed.
